He is driven to succeed and appreciates the impact our business coaches make in the daily lives of our clients and how that flows into impacting our communities, economy and country. When not at work you will find him outdoors in the 'bush', any 'bush' (just one out of wifi or cell service), or cycling, enjoying good wine, and spending time with his beautiful family.
Pieter's right-hand lady, Tracey, is always willing to keep things running smoothly and assist wherever she can. She enjoys guiding and training successful businessmen and women, to not only build a successful business for themselves but also to build successful businesses for their clients too. Some say the Gauteng office would come to a stand-still without her. When not at work Tracey loves to paint, draw and show the younger generation how to express themselves through the arts.
With her degree in Communications and extensive experience in the digital space, Zana has been part of Pieter's team for more than 3 years and have since pursued other opportunities. She came back to once again step into the role of Marketing Manager for the Pieter Scholtz Team and has not looked back! Zana knows that ActionCOACH will always be like family and has grabbed this opportunity with both hands. When not at work, Zana is also a professional photographer and enjoys being creative with her own personal digital brand.
What proudly South African Harry loves about his job is seeing people succeed and how their true joy comes back as a result. He loves watching people start having fun again once their business stress subsides. When not at work, Harry's adventurous side comes out. His true happy place is on one of his motorcycles exploring the beautiful country, camping with his family, music, wine, the sea, and experiencing life.
Compassionate Désiré is driven by her love to help others. Whether it's day-to-day happenings with franchise partners or getting new franchise partners launched and ready to go. She is always a call or email away - some call her the 'mom' of the SA franchise. Outside of work Désiré spends her time on all things creative, from photography and vlogging to ceramic painting.
Placid Belinda prefers working in the background and loves to tackle the work other people don't always fancy. When she is not spending time with her three kids, she thoroughly enjoys looking after and visiting with babies at Heartlands Baby Sanctuary.
Fun-loving Claudell has a passion for all things Marketing. She believes if you don't give the market the story to talk about, they'll define your brands story for you. When not at work, Claudell unwinds with shopping, reading, spending time with family and exploring local destinations.
Go-getter Eva enjoys that her job requires her to think both strategically and creatively. The fact that Digital Marketing is constantly evolving, drives her to learn monthly. On the weekend, you’ll usually find bubbly Eva spending time with loved ones, shopping, or volunteering at the local animal welfare.
