OUR COMPETITORS

Since ActionCOACH’s inception, we have seen many competitors enter the space as well as leave. ActionCOACH is one of the only Business Coaching Firms that started as a Business Coaching Firm and later expanded into other leverage products such as books, group coaching programs. Many competitors, entered the industry off the success of books that had been written.

At a global level, the next 5 competitors only represent 20% of our size and scale as well as a product offering.

Within the South African market, only a small handful of competitors compete at any level with ActionCOACH. These are principally the following:

1. Individual Practitioners who operate on their own having been obtained Coaching Certification from various institutions in South Africa.
2. Business Doctors – launched into the South African Market in 2014 after their first entry into the market a few years earlier was unsuccessful.
3. The Alternative Board - The TAB is a membership-based model that operates in around 22 countries. TAB provides business owners with a combination of Advisory Boards and one-to-one coaching.
4. Grow Coaching. Founded by one of our previous Business Coaches, Grow Coaching is a team of around 8 business coaches based in Johannesburg. They are however not a franchise model.
